ET-Development-Workshop: 5.000 €
The Emotional Map is a highly compressed summary of multi-layered information. Ideally, these are developed in a workshop lasting at least half a day. We recommend to hold this workshop with stakeholders from different departments (e.g. marketing, sales, service, product development). So everyone who is subsequently involved in the implementation will understand why it is necessary to do what has to be done. Usually the most astonishing ideas already emerge during this workshop („If that the case, then we could …“)
In addition to a detailed derivation and explanation of the results, the workshop also includes recommendations for action with regard to the desired goal. In addition, a comprehensive Q&A section and a written summary.
Portfolio/marketing-activity analysis: from 5.000 €
A company often has dozens of products, services, offerings, all of which are intended to represent the brand. In addition, there are already existing marketing activities – from a conversation guide for the service center to an advertising campaign. But: How well does the existing portfolio match the ideal value profile? How efficiently do the current marketing activities address the values and emotions of the customers? This module provides the answer.
We analyze up to 15 products, services and measures according to their fit with the value territories relevant to you. Among other things, we rely on interviews with experts The result is presented to you as an emotional profile for each individual object of inquiry.
SWOT-Analysis: from 7.500 €
Everyone knows a SWOT analysis. But no-one has ever experienced it like this before. We determine the current state of your brand and evaluate up to five of the value fields determined by Emotional Territories for their possible impact on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks. This helps you to assess which of the value fields are the most relevant (and fitting) for you.

Value territories often include 10 or more values and emotions. This enables an extremely fine understanding of the emotional state of your target groups. But at some point it is critical to put this understanding into words, so that everyone, who was not involved in the development process, can understand and implement the new knowledge. For example as part of a briefing.
Therefore we develop short verbalized concepts that summarize the learnings in a few lines. This is especially helpful if you have decided to work with a mixture of two value fields.
Qualitative in-depth study with target group(s): from 10.000 €
Through Emotional Territories you know exactly which values and emotions your target group associates with your brand or your industry. But: Which actions, measures or products trigger these feelings in the customer? What meaning does a certain emotion have for the customer in his or her everyday contact with your brand.
Questions like these are dealt with in our in-depth workshop, which we conduct with up to 10 test persons recruited according to your criteria. This special method enables us to find out everything, that move your target group. The result: the perfect inspiration for the development of campaigns and products.
Quantitative in-depth research (representative of the population): from 3.500 €
Sometimes you want to be 120% sure and you wonder if the decisions you have made are the right ones. Our recommendation: Don’t ask yourself, ask 2,000 others. So you can evaluate your course of action on actual data. Numbers don’t lie. We carry out a representative quantitative study for you, in which you can determine, for example, which of your sub-target groups reacts particularly strongly or particularly poorly to your concept. Choose up to three research questions and get rock-solid knowledge for your daily course of action and business initiatives.
